01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stickman Studio (the "Service"), a product operated by Growvior Software Private Limited ("Growvior", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in India. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02About the Service

Stickman Studio turns a written script into a short, narrated black-and-white "stickman" explainer video using artificial intelligence. Scripts are planned by an AI director, scenes are generated as video clips, voiceover is synthesised, and the clips are stitched into a finished MP4. You may also chain shorter projects into a longer "Film".

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may evolve over time as we add, change or remove features.

03Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication (including Google sign-in); you are responsible for the security of the underlying account.

04Plans, credits & billing

The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid plans. Paid plans and one-time purchases grant video credits, which are consumed when you render a finished video. Pricing, credit allotments and features are described on our pricing page and may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

• Payments are collected securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• One-time purchases (e.g. a single video) grant credits immediately on successful payment.
• Subscriptions (Creator, Pro) renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) and grant credits on each successful charge until you cancel. You authorise us and Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
• Taxes such as GST are included or added as indicated at checkout, as applicable under Indian law.
• Credits are a licence to use compute, not stored value or currency, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Free-tier previews may be watermarked and are limited per month.

Renders consume real compute the moment they run. Please review our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, or violates the rights or privacy of others;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination;
• is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise obscene;
• impersonates any person or organisation, or is intended to deceive, defraud or mislead;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resells or provides raw access to the underlying AI models, or circumvents credit limits.

We may run automated and manual moderation and may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

06Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the scripts, prompts, recordings and other materials you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transform Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

Output videos

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you own the finished videos you generate, and paid plans include a licence for commercial use. Free-tier outputs are for personal, non-commercial use and may carry a watermark. Because AI outputs are generated from models that may produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that any output is unique to you.

07AI-generated content & accuracy

The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect real people, facts or events, and may vary between runs. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you publish or rely on it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and platform rules (for example YouTube, Instagram or TikTok policies). The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

08Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google Cloud and Firebase (authentication, storage and AI models), Razorpay (payments), and email providers. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

09Availability, warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that renders will always succeed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growvior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel any subscription from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
